Although we possess a physical copy of the rulebook, the purpose of having one while visiting an online page doesn’t make much sense, unless we are talking about having a PDF or otherwise digitally available format for the rulebook.
Zagreb by Night uses the rules published by By Night Studios. You can visit their webpage here.
There are a couple of ways to obtain access to the rulebook:

- Free Quick-Start Guide
- PDF version of the full rulebook available for purchase (Drivethrustuff)
